If you turned on messaging, customers can request a booking from your Business Profile on Google. The option to request a booking may also appear to customers when they message with a business.

When you get a new message, it’s important to reply within 24 hours.

How to turn on messaging.

You’ll get a message in the Google My Business app and the web messaging portal. Plus, an email notification with a response form. In the message, a description of the customer’s request and their preferred service time. You can send the customer your available dates and times. The customer will be prompted to confirm the date and time.
